I am a D&I specialist at EN HR solutions. In this role, I support organisations in realising a recruitment and selection process that is as free from bias as possible and in conducting unbiased labour market communication. Thus, together with organisations, I want to make everyone feel welcome and offer each person an equal opportunity to secure the job of their dreams.

In addition to being a D&I specialist, I am a recruitment manager at EN HR solutions. I am also a board member at Recruiters United, the largest independent recruitment platform in the Netherlands. I strengthen the Kiqit recruitment knowledge platform as a D&I expert.
