Ephemeral recruitment marketing
Since its establishment, Nespresso has set the trend in the global coffee market. Contributing to a small moment of ultimate happiness with the best quality coffee. We developed an ephemeral marketing (content available for a limited period) recruitment campaign that seamlessly aligns with this mission.
Goal: Recruit Sales Associates
To stand out in a content-driven world and pique interest in working at Nespresso, we created eye-catching Instagram Stories ads. Content that was only available for a 24-hour period and brought a small moment of happiness. This form of job marketing suits our innovative approach and target group-oriented way of recruiting, as the recipient decides if, and when, they would like to view the Nespresso update. In this campaign, leading to a higher conversion rate than other ads.
We believe ephemeral marketing is an excellent asset to job marketing and employer branding.
