EN HR solutions developed a recruitment strategy for Bruynzeel Keukens for the ongoing recruitment of Sales Consultants. We are also responsible for the development of the Career website (including ATS implementation), job marketing, and employer branding.
Goal: Ongoing recruitment of Sales Consultants throughout the Netherlands and to strengthen the employer brand.
At Bruynzeel Keukens they know better than anyone that selling kitchens can be a challenge. We developed a recruitment strategy aimed at (nationally) recruiting sales consultants. As recruitment partner, we handle specific aspects of the recruitment process. For example, on- and offline recruiting capacity and running ongoing job marketing campaigns.
We were also responsible for developing a new Working-at website, including the implementation of an ATS system. The site centers on positioning Bruynzeel Keukens and optimizing the candidate experience. The result is the introduction of an easy application procedure and personal and honest communications via review websites. Because we believe that also sharing personal stories is essential to a strong employer branding strategy.
